Dr Bromwich has appeared in the Brisbane District Court and Family Court as an expert Witness on matters relating to toxic exposures. He has also been retained by a number of legal firms and the Queensland Worker’s Compensation Board to give advice on toxic exposures (mostly settled out of court).
Areas where he has provided expert witness services include:
- Formaldehyde
- Lead
- Silica
- Burning pesticides
- Noise
- Slips and Falls
He advised the F111 Deseal-Reseal Board of Inquiry on matters relating to chemical protective clothing and the chemical permeation of breathing hoses.
More recent work has involved inecftion control, fungi and dust.
